Our first wedding collection, “Home”, includes six (6) hours of photography coverage. “Home” is the starting collection out of the five we offer. Your final collection is always tailored to the needs and timeline of each couple.
Note: All wedding collections refer to coverage of one wedding day. Pre-Wedding and Next Day sessions are couple sessions (not event coverage), unless agreed otherwise.
Multi-Day Weddings (2–3 days)
If your celebration includes additional events (welcome dinner, pool/beach party, day-after brunch), we offer extended coverage with a custom quote based on the schedule
Our first baptism collection, “Home”, includes one and a half (1.5) hours of coverage. “Home” is the basic starting collection out of the four we offer. The final collection is shaped according to the needs of the parents.
Our shorter engagement or honeymoon photo shoot lasts three (3) hours. Please get in touch with us through the contact form so we can inform you about the cost, any extra services, and details about hair styling, make-up, etc.
Cost & Availability
All you need to do is fill in the contact form to check our availability and receive a tailored offer. It is important to give us as many details as possible (date, location, venue, timeline), so we can respond in the best way to your wishes.
The final price is set according to the collection you choose and any additional services.
To secure the date, a non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required. Our standard payment schedule is: 40% at booking (to secure the date) 40% 30 days before the wedding 20% before album production/printing begins (after you approve the final design) Prices do not include VAT.

A contract is sent and agreed via email between both parties, describing the services, prices, deliverables, and all terms.
Discounts
We occasionally offer limited discounts for off-season dates or last-minute availability, depending on our schedule.
The sooner you book, the better—especially for peak season dates.
Number of Photos & Photographer’s Presence
Each collection includes a specific minimum number of images and a certain length of coverage. The photographer’s presence on the day depends on the collection chosen by the couple.
Our goal is to provide you with high-quality images that tell the story of your day. For this reason, you do not receive every single frame, but a carefully curated selection that meets our quality standards.
As a general guideline:
For a full wedding day, we usually deliver around 600–800 selected, fully edited images (depending on timeline and guest count).
For multi-day events (2–3 days), the final number is usually 1,000–1,400 images.
There is no strict upper limit—we never stop at a fixed number if there are still beautiful moments worth keeping.
Delivery Time
The delivery time for your photos is up to 16 weeks (4 months) from the date of your wedding or photo shoot (depending on season and workload).
Image Quality | Backup & Equipment
Thanks to our many years of experience and professional equipment, our photos are clean, with accurate colour and the right contrast.
On your wedding day we always work with backup cameras and lenses, and we follow a safe workflow for data storage and backups, to ensure the best possible result.
Editing & Retouching
We adjust brightness, colour, contrast, and mood, and we apply natural retouching where needed. Our goal is to deliver a polished result that matches your personal style, after discussing your preferences together.
File Delivery & Usage Rights
We deliver your finished images in JPEG format in:
High-resolution for print, and Web-size for easy sharing.
For workflow and copyright reasons, we do not deliver RAW files.
Your files are provided for personal use (printing, sharing, social media). Commercial use (e.g., advertising, resale, or brand campaigns) is not permitted without written agreement. The photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer and may be used for portfolio/promotion and competitions.
Storage
Your original files are stored for two (2) years. We recommend downloading and backing up your gallery as soon as it is delivered.
PhotoBooks / Albums
Our design style is minimalist and we let the images speak for themselves. During the design process you will receive digital proofs of the layout. One or two rounds of changes are included in the price. Additional changes are subject to an extra charge. Once the layout is approved, we finalize the cover choice.
International delivery of albums is not included, unless stated otherwise.
Slideshow
A slideshow is a short film in which selected photos from your wedding day are presented with music. It is delivered as a private link and/or sent by email.
Style of Photography
Most of the time we cover the whole day, combining natural, documentary-style images with some guided portraits. Couple portraits can be approached not only as photojournalism but also with an editorial fashion feel, depending on the style you choose.
You choose a photographer for the quality of photography, not for simultaneous—and therefore impossible—video recording by the same person. The same applies to the videographer.

Travel & Destination Weddings
We are based in Greece, but we are happy to cover your event anywhere in the world, depending on our schedule.
Travel & accommodation are not included. Flights/ferry, transfers, baggage, hotel overnights and meals are billed at cost (with receipts) and covered by the client. A travel estimate is provided in advance for approval.
For island weddings, a minimum of two (2) hotel overnights is usually required.
Important note for Pre-Wedding & Next Day sessions (destination weddings):
The Pre-Wedding session can take place either at the wedding destination (usually the day before), or in Thessaloniki on a separate date (travel not included).
The Next Day session is done at the wedding destination unless agreed otherwise.
Is it Necessary to Offer the Photographer a Meal?
We would really appreciate it. A wedding day usually starts early and finishes late, so it is very helpful if a meal is offered to the team covering your event. Please inform your catering team about this.
H πρώτη μας συλλογή γάμου, “Ιntimate”, περιλαμβάνει έξι (6) ώρες φωτογράφισης. Eίναι η αρχική συλλογή από τις τέσσερις που προσφέρουμε. Η τελική επιλογή διαμορφώνεται πάντα σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες και το πρόγραμμα του κάθε ζευγαριού.Σημείωση: Όλες οι συλλογές αφορούν κάλυψη μίας ημέρας γάμου. Οι φωτογραφίσεις Pre-Wedding και Next Day είναι φωτογραφίσεις ζευγαριού (όχι κάλυψη επιπλέον event), εκτός αν συμφωνηθεί αλλιώς.
Γάμοι 2–3 Ημερών
Αν ο εορτασμός περιλαμβάνει επιπλέον events (welcome dinner, pool/beach party, brunch επόμενης μέρας), μπορούμε να τα καλύψουμε με εξατομικευμένη προσφορά.
Η σύντομη φωτογράφιση engagement ή honeymoon διαρκεί 3 ώρες. Επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας για κόστος, πρόσθετες υπηρεσίες και λεπτομέρειες (styling, μακιγιάζ κ.λπ.).
Συμπληρώστε τη φόρμα επικοινωνίας για έλεγχο διαθεσιμότητας και εξατομικευμένη προσφορά. Όσο περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες δώσετε (ημερομηνία, τοποθεσία, venue, πρόγραμμα), τόσο καλύτερα μπορούμε να σας απαντήσουμε.
Κράτηση & Πληρωμή
Για δέσμευση ημερομηνίας απαιτείται μη επιστρέψιμο ποσό κράτησης (retainer) και υπογεγραμμένη σύμβαση. Το τυπικό μας πλάνο πληρωμής είναι: 40% κατά την κράτηση (για να δεσμευτεί η ημερομηνία) 40% 30 ημέρες πριν από τον γάμο 20% πριν ξεκινήσει η παραγωγή/εκτύπωση του άλμπουμ (αφού εγκρίνετε το τελικό σχέδιο)
Οι τιμές δεν περιλαμβάνουν ΦΠΑ.
Σύμβαση
Η σύμβαση αποστέλλεται και συμφωνείται μέσω email και περιγράφει υπηρεσίες, τιμές, παραδοτέα και όρους.
Εκπτώσεις
Κατά περίπτωση μπορεί να υπάρχουν περιορισμένες εκπτώσεις για off-season ή last-minute ημερομηνίες, ανάλογα με τη διαθεσιμότητα.
Αριθμός Φωτογραφιών & Παρουσία Φωτογράφου
Κάθε συλλογή έχει ελάχιστο αριθμό φωτογραφιών και συγκεκριμένες ώρες κάλυψης. Παραδίδεται επιλεγμένο υλικό που πληροί τα ποιοτικά κριτήριά μας, όχι κάθε καρέ.
Χρόνος Παράδοσης
Η παράδοση γίνεται έως 16 εβδομάδες (4 μήνες) από την ημερομηνία του γάμου/φωτογράφισης.
Ποιότητα & Ασφάλεια Εξοπλισμού
Δουλεύουμε με επαγγελματικό εξοπλισμό και εφεδρικά σώματα/φακούς καθώς και ασφαλή ροή backup αρχείων για μέγιστη σιγουριά.
Επεξεργασία
Γίνεται επεξεργασία φωτεινότητας/χρωμάτων/αντίθεσης και φυσικό retouch όπου χρειάζεται, ώστε το αποτέλεσμα να είναι συνεπές και προσεγμένο.
Παράδοση Αρχείων & Δικαιώματα Χρήσης
Παραδίδουμε JPEG σε υψηλή ανάλυση για εκτύπωση και σε web-size για εύκολο μοίρασμα. RAW αρχεία δεν δίνονται. Η χρήση είναι για προσωπικούς σκοπούς. Εμπορική χρήση απαιτεί γραπτή συμφωνία.
Αποθήκευση
Τα πρωτότυπα αρχεία κρατούνται για 2 χρόνια. Προτείνουμε να κατεβάσετε τη gallery και να την αποθηκεύσετε σε δικό σας backup.
Άλμπουμ
Minimal σχεδιασμός, ψηφιακά δοκίμια (proofs), 1–2 γύροι αλλαγών περιλαμβάνονται. Επιπλέον αλλαγές μπορεί να έχουν χρέωση. Η διεθνής αποστολή δεν περιλαμβάνεται.
Slideshow
Slideshow = μικρό βίντεο με επιλεγμένες φωτογραφίες και μουσική, παραδίδεται ως ιδιωτικός σύνδεσμος.
Στυλ Φωτογράφισης
Κάλυψη με φυσικό, ντοκιμαντερίστικο ύφος και καθοδηγούμενα πορτρέτα όταν χρειάζεται, με δυνατότητα πιο editorial προσέγγισης ανάλογα με το στυλ σας.
Βίντεο
Για σωστό βίντεο απαιτείται ξεχωριστός βιντεογράφος. Μπορούμε να προτείνουμε αξιόπιστες ομάδες συνεργατών.
Φαγητό για την Ομάδα
Θα το εκτιμήσουμε πολύ. Η μέρα είναι μεγάλη και ένα κανονικό γεύμα βοηθά την ομάδα να αποδώσει στο μέγιστο.
Επιλογή απορρήτου
Εάν προτιμάτε πλήρες απόρρητο και δεν επιθυμείτε να χρησιμοποιηθούν οι φωτογραφίες σας στο διαδίκτυο, παρακαλούμε ενημερώστε μας εκ των προτέρων.
