LensCulture's Street Photography Competition for 2017

Hi Paris - 

We've learned many photographers want to know how their work was viewed compared to other work we receive for our photo competitions. We think it's important to notify photographers whose work was highly rated to encourage them to continue moving forward creatively. Good news! Your photo entry to the Street Photography Awards 2017 (shown below) is among the top-rated entries we've received, congratulations!


During our competitions, all submissions are rated in the review process. We then look at the ratings of ALL submissions across ALL competitions and notify photographers who had highly-rated submissions. It's an impressive accomplishment considering we get thousands of submissions from 150 countries!

We also notify photographers of achievements like this because we believe top-rated work has a very good chance of a positive outcome in the current competition we are hosting, the LensCulture Street Photography Awards. Even if you decide not to enter, we think it's important for you to know that you are creating strong work and want to encourage you to keep going!
